Shore united is a great place to work if you like community centered customer service. The most enjoyable part of the job is learning about the people the company serves. I used to love working the fair table.

I love working at Shore United bank. My co workers and manager are the absolute best. One of the perks of the job is you get to know so many people and you form a special relationship with them. The benefits are very good your offered medical dental and vision and 401k. However, the pay is not great and the raises can be a little insulting.

Operations (Former Employee) –  Easton, MDApril 20, 2018
There seems to be a lot more that the company has to offer however at the time that I was there, there wasn’t much open or it seemed that they would hire supervisors from outside sources before hiring within and not giving others the opportunity to grow.
Pros
Family-Work life balance, caring supervisors, family oriented
Cons
Lack of advancement, salary

Weak Management that doesn't promote growth. Very strange on-boarding process. I rode with an employee to a training class with a confederate flag sticker on the back of her truck. Needless to say there is little diversity.
