Hard workers are greatly appreciated by management.
Forklift Operator (Current Employee) –  Williamsburg, MIJune 27, 2018
Great place to work if you like or don't mind factory, production type work in a food processing plant. Also the heat from the dryers make it quite a warm working environment. Otherwise management is great as far as the shift supervisors, and there is immediate opportunity for advancement. Recently, they raised their wages across the board. However, I have decided this is not the Career for me as I want to pursue other interest.
Pros
typically lots of overtime available
Cons
breaks too few/short for 12 hour shifts

Production Worker (Former Employee) –  Williamsburg, MIApril 19, 2018
As a human being you are simply not valued... Benifits and overtime are a plus but ultimately the stress is not worth the pay. Management expects the world and if you happen to be a great worker they will find other ways to belittled and or intimidate you.
Pros
Decent pay and benifits
Cons
Management is awful and the stress level is intense

Production Worker (Current Employee) –  Williamsburg, MIJuly 16, 2017
No company loyalty. Attendance means more than work ethic. So be as lazy as you want.

Northside Team leads spend a lot of time in the bathroom with their phones. 3 hours min a day. No joke.

Cant keep staff.
Pros
They promote the worst and the wrong
Cons
Wages are very low.

Production Worker (Current Employee) –  Williamsburg, MIJuly 10, 2017
Management dosnt care about there employees. They hide in there offices behind locked doors. And watch everything on a camera. They are always there to criticize the employees and never award them. And management looks at is as a number not an employee.
Pros
The pay check
Cons
Always afraid to loose my job.

Biggest joke in manufacturing
Production Worker (Former Employee) –  Williamsburg, MIJanuary 9, 2017
1.) Management likes to lead by intimidation and thinks it's cool to be little people. They treat you like a number.

2.) The pay is degrating and they expect you to give them the shirt off your back.

3.) They hire some of the lowest people they can find. Place is a degenerate house. Nothing but barflies, druggies, pedos, and nasty women. There was probably only 10% of the people there that were cool.

4.) There whole zero tolerance drug policy is a lie. At least 1/3 of the people there were getting high or drunk on their breaks.

5.) Apparently they don't care about illegal activity on company grounds. There had been many reports of suspicious behavior at night and no one ever took action.

Environmental & Safety Manager (Current Employee) –  Williamsburg, MIApril 11, 2016
It is a nice place to work but looking for advancement. Sometimes there is a rush rush to get production with a lack of safety awareness.

Forklift Operator (Former Employee) –  Williamsburg, MISeptember 3, 2012
The turnover rate was very high, however, managers worked well with employees and strongly promoted team unity. The job also allows room for advancement with opportunities from Fork Lift positions, to Quality Control Assistance. I earned my way way from the production line to forklift training, where eventually I was granted a permanent position. The hardest part of the job was adjusting to the schedule, however, of the course of time it became easier. The most enjoyable part was working with people as a team and getting to know individuals on a very human level.
Pros
paid lunches, full benefits, management who works close with employees.
Cons
the 4 day on and 4 day off rotation was difficult to adjust to.

general help (Former Employee) –  Williamsburg, MichiganApril 17, 2011
Company has no care about personal life or workers families. Very hard to work for. Very low pay, most jobs are paid just above minimum wage. Work schedule is terrible, ( 4 twelve hour days in a row, then 4 days off.) The way the rotating pay schedule is set up, you get paid 4 weeks in a row of 46 hour checks, and then the next 4 weeks is 35 hours checks. Even though you work 4 days in a row. Don't punch in 3 minutes early either, you will be repremanded for it! Human resource department has no clue how to treat employees.
Cons
long hours, unfriendly management, terrible pay
