If useless was an app, this would be it.

I've been a "showing agent" with Showami for several weeks now and it has given me ZERO showing opportunities. I'm going to assume there are two fundamental issues going on here...1. There are just not enough agents using the app.and/or2. The algorithm needs some serious work. With these two problems I suspect that's why I haven't got any. I've spoken with a handful of other agents at my office and they feel exactly the same way about this company. I think right now the algorithm just sends any and all opportunities to the very first showing agents that signed up, and as a result those agents just have a monopoly over the few opportunities that do come up. Not to mention the other half of agents I spoke with said they've never even heard of Showami. Don't even waste your time signing up as of now, you're better off just asking agents if they need help showing some houses. I've been doing that instead and it's been a better use of my time and efforts rather than waiting for something that I've learned will never come and is out of my control.

I'm sorry that you think the lack of showings is worth a 1 star review. There are many reasons that you may not have received notifications. Maybe you had a small mapped area. You could have set up your account in the mountains of Colorado where there are fewer showings. Honestly it's hard to tell without looking at your account. One thing that we do is give new agents to the platform a 60 day bump so that they get opportunities. Once they do a few showings and get some positive reviews, they are moved up in the showing algorithm.

Showami is an excellent asset for Realtors

I like the flexibility I have with Showami. As a showing agent, I can either decline a request or accept if I am available. The compensation to show a property to another agent's buyer ks very fair. My favorite part of Real Estate is showing homes, so this service is perfect for me!As a buyer's agent, this is an excellent service to use whenever you are unavailable to show a property to your buyer. I have been very pleased!!

Not good for showing agents

Sure every job has its pros and cons. This is a great opportunity to make more money. The Con is the payout process. They want us to drive and waste gas and then pay you 2 days later for it. There needs to be a better way to pay us having to wait is unfair. Uber pays you as soon as you complete the job and showami should do the same.

Thanks for the feedback. While Uber does payout quickly, part of the reason is that the driver tasks are completed and verified in real time. Since the initiating agent isn't the person being shown a property, there's a 24 hour period before initiating the payout. This is designed so that if an agent didn't actually show up, the initiating agent has 24 hours to report it to us so we do not pay agents who do not complete showings. We hope you understand.

Showami is extremely helpful with getting coverage for my appointments that I could not cover. It is also very beneficial to have to volume of showing agent opportunities which creates additional income for me

Easy money and productive

I’m very happy since I join Showami, whenever I’m free from other work i can always get an opportunity and the payment method is very secure n scam and get paid on the promised time. The customer support is very cooperative and help me resolve my issue any every time I call.

Flexible job I can weave into my life!

Great platform for agents to earn extra income

I use this platform when I am available and I love the flexibility. The staff always reaches out to check in with me and solve any issues. They are friendly and understanding when a showing request doesn’t work with my schedule.

Terrible for Showing Agents

There is practically no showings and when there is, it's always $24 to go drive 20 or more miles during rush hour. If you don't set a very large radius, you won't get any homes to go show. The app should automatically increase the price if the buyer/seller agents are choosing times that are during rush hour. A drive that should take 15 minutes ends up taking 45+ minutes one way. It's absolutely insulting to just get paid $24 for that.It's been 5 months since I started doing this and it's not worth it in metro Atlanta, GA. I've gotten 5 showings.

Showing Agent

VERY little pay, only like 28 per showing and very little jobs to go show homes with this app. Also no training, and no mls number on showing so it’s hard to even set up an appointment if the agent doesn’t do it for you.

Working for a motivated company

Everyone here is motivated to work and help each other grow. From the workers that make Showami run, to the agents in the field that show homes. Showami is the best place to work and contracting with them to show homes or have homes shown, is unmatched.

Do not contract with this company they are terrible. I selected a showing and they were no help to myself, th e agent or the client and placed al blame on me
