CEO is a jerk who is condescending to everyone and even though mid management is great, you'll eventually hate it. I enjoyed telecommuting though. You can find better.

Extensive turnover rates and no job security. Owner is extremely rude and does not value employees. Hours are pretty flexible and tI really enjoyed my coworkers and did learn a lot. However, no-one should feel that management could fire them at any moment for a simply typo, etc. Great platform, but the owner is unreasonable.

If you value your personal and professional growth, avoid this company. The contractors for this company have a very quick turn around because of the micromanagement and lack of communication except for belittling emails.
