Great work but bad upper management

Working for the company would be great if the CEO is less involved in dealing with customers and employees.

The work itself is great. Tickets will not bore you and it is not repetitive.

Extensive turnover rates and no job security. Owner is extremely rude and does not value employees. Hours are pretty flexible and tI really enjoyed my coworkers and did learn a lot. However, no-one should feel that management could fire them at any moment for a simply typo, etc. Great platform, but the owner is unreasonable.
