Toxic environment, selective enforcement of policies. LCSW formed a group and call themselves "the mean girl's club." The name is an accurate description of how they treat employees new to the organization. I would not advise working there.

Show that you’re interested; act enthusiastic. I offered to show them how much I wanted the job. I worked for 4 hours free, to show them what I knew. I was offered the job a day later and have been with them for a year & a half (and counting)

Start with HR phone interview, if you meet job requirements you will be passed to dept. manager who will also schedule a phone interview. If you are qualified and do well they will schedule a group interview with the dept.
