Hostile work environment. Bullying is prevalent in at least the department I worked in. HR department did nothing about more than one employee's complaints. Good, hard-working people leave an otherwise wonderful job with an excellent mission because of a few people who unfortunately are allowed to behave badly. I would not recommend this employer especially to mid-level practitioners.

DONOT WORK HERE! Too much drama. Dirty hospital; bad place to bring a patient. No clean environment and almost all patients are carrying several infections on them, b/c staff don’t care. Nurses “forget” to administer pain meds or clean patient up.
