Show that you’re interested; act enthusiastic. I offered to show them how much I wanted the job. I worked for 4 hours free, to show them what I knew. I was offered the job a day later and have been with them for a year & a half (and counting)

Thick skin, the Shriners have a tendency to talk down to women and treat women as we are back in the 1920's. I would also advise to look past the patients handicaps because they will teach things that will stay with you forever! The kids is what makes the time there worth while.
