Having worked in healthcare for many years, coming to Sibley has been a breath of fresh air. I have been pleased with the support from leadership and the way that they truly "listen" to their team members. Physicians are patient and devoted to a teaching atmosphere. From the clinics to the corporate office the atmosphere is truly team based. This is an organization that truly values and is invested in their staff.

High attrition rate, high turn over rate. Multiple employees didn't make it to there first year at Sibley. Let me explain why. No trust in employees, contributing to micromanagement. Failing to listen to employees with concerns and valuable ideas leaving employees feeling unappreciated. Exhausting amount of workload causing burn-out, stress, and high turnover rates. Not letting employees work there two weeks notices creating fear in employees when turning in there resigned notice. New employees are frighten to speak up because we fear retaliation.

Management was always defensive. Employees were all burned out. Loads of work piled on without regard to tasks that employees already have. Other departments that you interact with are not friendly and clearly dislike their jobs. Absolute zero work life balance and constant micromanaging. Very high turnover rate for these reasons.

Having worked in various high-ranking Children's hospitals for the past 15 years, the bar was set pretty high in terms of job satisfaction. However, Sibley has not only met my expectations, they have far exceeded them! I feel extremely valued and supported by my direct manager and upper leadership as well as my peers. Sibley is hands down the best organization I have ever worked for in terms of feeling valued, respected, appreciated and trusted. Sibley clearly cares about investing in their employees, as evidenced by their exceptional wellness and recognition programs, bonuses, flexibility and even small gestures like birthday recognition. From my experience, leadership "manages with carrots" and is invested in not only attracting the best but also retaining the best. I highly recommend Sibley to any healthcare professional looking to work for a fantastic company with a dedication to excellent patient care and employee satisfaction! I hope to have a very long career at Sibley!

I’ve worked at Sibley for over 7 years. I love, love the people I work with and respect the vision & mission of this practice. Even during turbulent covid times, leadership made sure staff were paid and we even received a thank you bonus. The benefits are good and we receive a lot of paid time off & holidays. I could go on and on about how blessed I feel to work at Sibley! You don’t see much turnover here; that’s because of the great culture and people.
