Intake Coordinator in Atlanta, GA

Great place to work!! The bad reviews here are WRONG!
I am an employee of Sibley and this is a great place to work!! Working in a call center means you are taking calls all day. Sibley does a great job training and equipping us to do our jobs. My manager is awesome and cares about me! We get raises when Sibley does well AND we get profit sharing - NO companies do this anymore. We get paid time off and lots of other perks. We get plenty of time to take breaks and eat lunch we are NOT micromanaged. We work from home!!! These bad reviews are disgruntled workers who only did the bare minimum.

Is an OK job the work is easy, but pay could be more. I am sure people are leaving because management is promoting the wrong people. The only problem with Sibley is management. Doctors do care about the parents so do the nurses. From time to time nurse can be rude with you but don't take it personally they are overworked.

Horrible!! All day only 8 people logged in answering the calls. Get ready to be on the phones non stop. Management has it's favorite. The team is burned out. Doesn't pay enough for all the stuff we have to do. The worst part management does NOT care. Yes, we can work from home but management will be on top of you 24/7! Lack of communication between management and employees. This is just a few reasons why so many people are leaving the company.

Too much work not enough paid! The whole Sibley is overworked.Management does not listen to us or care. Some co workers you can trust others you can't. No place to grow. No raises since I started two years ago. A lot of people are leaving Sibley.

Sibley was a great place to work. Keyword here WAS!! It's falling apart people are leaving left and right. We are overwork, unpaid and each week management is rolling out something new. It's horrible!! The new director Tracy messed things up for Sibley. Tracy seems too love micromanagement. Is a stressful place too work. No breaks, short lunches breaks, no pay increases, and no place to grow. Let's not talk about the favouritism. If you are looking to work here don't do it just run!! Go to CHOA!!
