This was a great place to work, US based with German Team. Afforded me the opportunity to travel repeatedly to Munich. Worked with numerous businesses and suppliers across all of the world.Layoffs are prevalent.

Good co-workers and management. Clear purpose for why I was there. The culture was good, the hardest part of the job was the commute and cost of living for the area.

Recent changes with company direction has made employees nervous. Multiple departments have been outsourced, with no guidance being given as to how the local branches are to cope with the changes. The overall atmosphere feels as if the motto is "let's just get through this week, and maybe next week will be better".Supervisors do their best to reward their people, but have limited discretion to do anything substancial. Due to limited higher level positions being open, career progression has stagnated.

Siemans was a great place to work. Clean place and pay is excellent. Management is ok. Big responsibility. Insurance is high but is very good. Time off is easy to apply for

Typical day on the investment team would involve lots of reading (pitch decks, technical documents), emails, structuring analysis in written form, and meetings for Q&A with founders and/or advisors. Super rewarding work, great training for any career.
