I applied for a role online and was rejected in 9 minutes! I contacted them and they said the hiring decisions are based on the criteria of the hiring manager. I qualified for the role! Save yourself the stress and apply to a different company that has credibility.
Take everything with a grain of salt. I left a job where I had tenure, and was looked up to, on a career path to go to Siemens based on what was promised in the interviews with them. After my 6 month contract expired my position was not renewed. I did a very good job for them but because of upper management mismanagement of the division positions were cut.

Show up on time and do your job. That will take you a long way. However if you are looking to advance you will need to leave and work out in the field.
