At SIEMENS I've worked with Advanced 'Product Life Cycle Management' and 'Service Life Cycle Management' Business Processes and Tools for the past 10 years. I've done this thru five different companies, and SFSI is the best. Their flexibility to create specialized teams to innovate with internal and external partners is what I really like. The people are great. It takes time to learn the 'vernacular of power plants'...there are a lot of scientific acronyms, and it would be a benefit to speak some German... but the culture is diverse, sensitive and progressive. The work I perform leverages my past experiences.

I got 'let go' brcause of an 'ongoing performance issues' but had recently been told that I was working too fast and should slow down. The 'ongoing performance issue' was just my shift lead getting upset because I picked up my phone to see what time it was because boards can't go into the solderwave 10 minutes before break. So 10 minutes before break while everyone else was doing whatever they pleased they all get to keep their jobs sitting on their phones but I lose mine in the middle of a pandemic because I used my phone to check the time 2 minutes before break. Meaning I worked more than what I am expected to. Shift leads are extremely biased here and 90% of the time I spent working here it was just leads or employees talking behind other leads backs about how they do their job wrong. TL;DR: It's a bunch of a crybaby hypocrites that will purposely let employees have less to do so you have more to do. I would not recommend.

The best part of of the job are challenges we get everyday and how we look for ways to improve or create new solutions as a group exchanging different ideas and points of view .
