Givw ur people a gud raise, its hard out in life, everything is going up except our pay.
Listen to voice and advice of your people.
I would tell the CEO to tour the companies more an talk more to to the employees about the jobs and what they think about the company.
Realize that the employees are working endless hours to keep up with the demands.
