I would treat staff the same as I treat administrators. I would ask staff for their ideas and opinions, especially when changes have to do with their positions. I would give all employees equal benefits, especially health insurance for retired employees. Staff get nothing, administration and faculty get medical, dental, vision at low rates. Staff pays full premiu; at least $1500 per month. I would make my staff LIVE the Franciscan values, not just preach them. Be a family again, like it used to be.
