Wonderful Agency
I have loved working at Sierra Child and Family Services. They have been open to flexibility in career paths to meet my needs. I had two children while working there, and they were supportive of my needs with my family. Staff and management are ethical and truly client focused in the way the look to provide services.

Challenging
A typical day at work at sierra vista child and family services were diverse. The importance of confidentially is very crucial at sierra vista child and family service. A need for compassion and respect for families are key at sierra vista. The workplace culture is the needs of the children and families of the students. The hardest part of the job was not being able to continue working and giving myself to working with this company. The most enjoyable part of working at sierra vista was seeing families move forward.
