What are people saying about the leadership at Sierra Pacific Orthopedics?

3.0
Nice to get started but good luck staying on top of your work
Written by Front Desk Clerk (Current Employee) from Fresno, CA on June 27, 2019
Nice facility and love MOST of the staff I work with. Management definitely plays favoritism. Keeps employees in the dark about changes or open positions to advance in. Pay is basically minimum wage and you can NEVER get caught up on all duties because they aren’t spread evenly or appropriately. No one in management or HR takes the time to sit down - more...
Pros
Free lunches sometimes, M-F schedule, insurance
Cons
Pay, poor management, time off is a hassle
