Ours is different. We work a split shift so we work in the morning then come back in the afternoon which sucks. It's like we live there for 4 days then off 3 days.
Because the pay is so low you work your tail off and still can’t make ends meet. Everyone at the location is struggling to get to the next check because pay is so low and minimum raises and no bonuses.
No discounts on flying. This is not an airline but a Fixed Base Operator (FBO). Company fuels and services the private airplane owners community both personal and commercial.
Customer can say and do whatever they want to you and the company will thrown you under the bus.
Can Signature Flight Support employees make overtime and what are the standards and qualifications for raises and bonuses ?
You can get overtime when it's really busy. Supposedly you get raises every 3 months.
