What interview process? Was promised a phone interview twice. They emailed date and time to expect call. Never called.
Emailed me later to interview in person. Date and time set. The day before my interview, they said I didn't have what they wanted!
They are clueless as to what they are doing in the hiring process.
No concern about peoples' employment hopes.
I look forward to learning all about your company and where I got best.
A two supervisor ran interview, where they are pretty straight forward about the company and what they expect out of each and every employee. They give you a detailed explanation of typical daily tasks and expectations for the desired position.

The hiring process the worst nightmare of inept third party vendors. Epic mistakes by signature. A complete mess. Worst hiring process ever

Very basic interview, the new one is a lengthy process to go through. Involves an assessment about general aviation.

Interview was awesome - was a 2 hour ordeal where I was even introduced to the GM at the time. I was hired shortly after and was in high hopes of being on the (presumed) right path to my future. How innocent a thought...
