The actual time can vary. Our process includes an online application after which your background and experience will be reviewed. Should you be a good fit for the opportunity you’ve applied for, you will be contacted for a phone screen or in person interview. If the hiring process continues, we will then need to make sure your information checks out. That means we’ll need to validate your references and verify your license(s). It also means we’ll need to receive acceptable background results and a negative drug test result. Once everything is cleared, you will be ready to come to Orientation!

From the time you put in an application, you get a call back for an interview, do the drug test in house, and usually you will get hired on the spot. They will have you on the schedule for orientation and the floor within the week
