Short staffed. Always.
It is a gossip den. The care techs are absolutely aweful! If they do not get the "side", or group they want, they do an awful job and treat everyone poorly. Then they call off the next day! The DON and Administrator do what ever they want them to so thay won't leave or call off.

The culture is pretty innovative! The company does cool trips with the elders (Disney, Boston, Zoos, Fishing, etc.) which is also fun for employees too! Management is open to ideas!

Terrible !!!! This job title shouldn't be listed as medical records position because they want you doing about 4 different positions for approximately $12.00 per hour. Schedule patients appointments and set up transportation, medical records, schedule testing, do physical therapies paperwork because they're lazy. TERRIBLE!! Management is a disgrace also:(
Very poor. Understaffed consistently. Some are held to the policies and procedures of the company and some are not, depending on who you are. They do not value their stakeholders. Do not fall for their hollow corporate sloganeering which is exactly what it is. I would not recommend for anyone to apply there or put a loved one there.

Management is terrible. Was hired in as full time and was listed as part time in the computer so I never got any benefits or was even able to apply for benefits. Asked many times for this to be changed. Was assured it would get changed and it never was. The DON was very Clicky and if u weren't in her click she didn't do anything for you or to help you. Always under staffed. Was on call once a week and everyone or at least if you weren't the scheduling persons best friend or the DONs best friend you had to work all your on calls. No communication between office staff and the nurses or CNAs. If u were off they would add you to the schedule for your on call and not Eve. Inform you. And would schedule you certain times then you would get there and it would be changed. Just absolutely not enough help or teamwork. One aide bosses all other aides and gets away with it and causes drama and stays in everyone's business and steals from the co workers and residents. Administration is aware and allows this to happen. As long as they do not have to work they do not care what or how things happen in this facility. They try to cover everything up that happens within the facility so that state doesn't get involved and tries to hide things that happen on the facility.
