Management is very rude and disrespectful. Everything is based on being in a clique and if you are not a part of it then you're life at work is a nightmare. Too many women working together so jealousy is heavy in the air.

I worked at signature, and I was sick. I had to be off for eight weeks. I came back, then they took me off schedule their self, instead of changing my licenses from ARK to TN (because my license was not state of TN), however I come back, and some employees where telling me that HR was telling them I did not have my license. It took them two week to put me back on schedule. I started off with forty hrs. The next week they overschedule me, so I report the mishap to the coordinator. I come back the following day, and they completely took me off schedule. HR stated "they where over staff," so I ask why?and she mention my license, and I ask in a calm matter was you the one who spread the rumors, she run out, like I did something, and they took her side. Upper management took her side, I worked hard for four years with the company, and just like that gone. "Fire at will" need to stop, especial when you fighting for your job, and I know in my heart that I did nothing wrong.

Management does not know what the meaning of team work is. More could get done and be ran a lot smoother if everyone didn't try to micro-manage all day. In the middle of you doing your rounds the staff from downstairs (who really should be doing paperwork, or something better) want to come to the floor And call meetings with the cna's about nothing, or something that could have waited. The DON while I was there was a pain in the you know what. I know I was doing my job. But he would take it upon himself to run the halls nitpicking at the cnas. Running out whatever room you just walked out of. Not to mention their was a rumor running rampant about how he was fired and and had just been rehired again (still not clear on why, but it sounded pretty juicy) this was coming from cna's and lpn. I was only there for 2 weeks when this started. They could keep wayyyy more Cnas if the management would stop with alllll thier drama.

Unprofessional work environment. Superior stinky attitudes from numerous of staff. Everybody worked like they were on a separate island instead of working as a team?!! Low pay. Overall horrible experience, dreaded going in everyday.
