Brought in new management after a couple months of working there. They had absolutely no clue of what they were doing. The shifts were exceeding 20 hours. was not worth the effort to fix everybody's mistakes.
Responsible for setting up stacker to exact measurements for each job.Change plates to set up for each individual job.Fill inks when ink bays are running low.Take down paper rolls, and hang new rolls that meet that jobs measurements.Make or fill out skid tags for each job to place on skid.Strap bundles of finished product and place on skid to prep for delivery.
