I have been with the company for over a year and so far its been a positive experience. Doing house calls has its challenges (traffic, poor or possible unsafe environment); but at the end of the day I do feel like I make a difference in peoples lives. Overall good place to work if looking for a stable job the pay is pretty decent

You will be taking inbound and making outbound calls to schedule members of their in home or virtual appointments with their health plans. I was an independent contractor so a lot of this doesn't apply to me. The company specializes in wellness (or pt risk) exams for Medicare Advantage programs. If you like working alone, and are a mid-level provider, this may be an opportunity.

Poor communication, poor scheduling, no provider support

The company advertises high weekly pay but it has not happened for me even once. The providers are not valued or respected. Expect fluctuating pay and no provider support. Many other providers would agree. The recruiters tend to be non-responsive and often rude. Unfortunately there is no accountability by recruiters and in house staff.
