Great if you are settling down

The Seattle branch is very low-key and Boeing oriented. The vast percentage of employees are married and have children, thus tend to have a better work-life balance than most companies. However, it is still a technological firm so over 40 hours tends to be expected, even if they try to say otherwise. You can spend years here and still not be introduced - more... to someone due to how rarely they are off-site.

They do allow a decent amount of PTO and employees are expected to take it off.

Management is nice, and tends to listen to your problems but you can tell they are going from a small company ... - less
ProsGood PTO
ConsLies about some benefits, very quiet office/lack of friendship building.
