Management are non proffesional. They do not listen to their employees. They discriminate and its a horrible placw to work. I've made complaints but management sticks together there. No progress.

Great working environment that allows you to move at your own pace
Driver's Assistant (Former Employee) –  Houston, TXApril 3, 2019
The start of the day was bright and early. Usually, driver-assistant's would wait in the break room for their assigned driver. We would begin our route first thing in the morning and would clock out when our route is completed. I learned the value of hard work and being on the same page as your driver is very important to make sure their are no miscommunications among each other. Communication is key in order for the productivity to being consistent. The hardest part of the job would be not knowing what kind of work load your day would consist of. Some days you are out 6-8 hours other days would be 10-12 hours. The most enjoyable part of the job is meeting the different store owners and being able to build a relationship with them all.
Pros
Work own pace
Cons
short breaks

Sales Specialist (Former Employee) –  San Antonio, TXMarch 29, 2019
Sales Specialist-

Wake up early. Depending on your route and the day it can be long. Most management is reluctant to help out, there are some who will help. The schedule is relaxed as long as you are getting all of your duties completed they will leave you alone and you can take care of personal issues throughout the day if needed. Most management is pretty easy going and relaxed. They do put alot on a sales specialist plate to get done every week and it can be stressful.
Pros
Great benefits, decent pay
Cons
Hard to advance, Stressful, unrealistic goals, long hours

Long tough hours , some managment dont care about your personal life. To them you should always put the job first.
Merchandiser (Former Employee) –  San Antonio, TXMarch 25, 2019
The work is not to bad. Unless you're on a busy route with heavy accounts. It's all more about how you work. Could be easy or very hard. Hours are pretty good. The company doesn't like to go over 5 hours OT a week per employee but that really depends on the stores on each route or holidays. On a heavy route they had no problem with me getting 10+ OT hours a week...some of the route managers are cool and are easy to work with. Others are more make the company money types. So if you need to call in, they had no problem making yu feel like you're doing wrong.
Pros
Manage yourself, good money, easy to make OT
Cons
Managers. Work life balance.

Forklift Operator/Shipping and Receiving (Former Employee) –  Pasadena, TXFebruary 13, 2019
There was a lot a favoritism with certain employees and I feel they were not fair with pay. Also mid shift had to help day and night shift with no incentive while when those shifts had to help other shifts, they would get incentives.

Sales Representative / CDL Driver (Former Employee) –  Pasadena, TXJanuary 27, 2019
Management only cares about the beer being delivered. The workplace is ran backwards. Everyone is about themselves even though they preach a team speech. Overall good job for young guys with no experience.

Product Handler 1 (Former Employee) –  San Antonio, TXOctober 2, 2018
This type of job is overnight and not really good about pay, they want you to hit numbers of 170 right off the bat with only 1 day of training (certain trainer doesn't train you just goes off and talks to other people)
Pros
Hours
Cons
Money, long hours with only a lunch break

PHII (Current Employee) –  Pasadena, TXJune 19, 2018
You get 1 45 minute lunch and no other breaks.. If you kiss butt to management you get to do what you want. Theres a lot of cry babies who believe since their good at building pallets they have the right to not do anything anymore when theyre barely new to the company less than 6 months compared to "veterans" who has been doing it for years. They say they promote within the company but they have been hiring outside the company, supervisors, who know nothing about any of the products other than the current employees who are hard workers and been there for years.. The hours are way too long.. No work life balance..
Pros
Beer once a month
Cons
45 min lunch no work life balance
