Whack
Merchandiser (Current Employee) –  San Antonio, TXJune 12, 2019
Merchandiser supervisors do not care for their employees, very hard to move up in the company. Pay sucks, and raises won’t give you anything. For the hours and work put in not worth it.
Pros
Free beer every month
Cons
Pay, management, advancement

This place is a mess. Extremely disorganized. Don’t care about customers and employees. Management needs some structural changes. They overwork people. No communication. Horrible experiance. Take job if yoi are desperate... don’t think you can malle career here. I am not kidding- this place is very bad. Hope they change management soon.

Do not work here!
Merchandiser (Former Employee) –  Pasadena, TXJune 5, 2018
Be prepared to work 12+ hour days. Wheni was first hired here...i was told the average day was 8 hours...with 2 days off a week,YEAH RIGHT! Right off the bat...It was 12 hour days and being called in on one of my days off. That was weekly. So if you have any plans to spend time with family on your days off....forget it. That being said...the pay was absolute trash. They work you to death and the pay is cheap. Then you get yelled at for having to much OT even tho your manager is the one who called you in on a scheduled off day. Stay away! You have been warned.

Fast Paced
Merchandiser (Current Employee) –  Houston, TXAugust 9, 2017
Fasted paced especially around beer holidays which are New Years ,Super Bowl , Easter , Fourth Of July , Labor Day , Thanksgiving , and Christmas . If you're merchandiser you work every holiday which sometimes consist of twelve and fourteen hour days. As a merchandiser you don't get much time to spend with your family. Also you will work every weekend and get at least two off days but sometimes you will six day work weeks

It has been a positive experience
Merchandiser (Current Employee) –  Conroe, TXJune 15, 2017
Overall the experience has been good some things could be better but not bad enough to complain. Management is capable of working with you and from my experience they are willing to as well.

productive environment and family oriented employees
Merchandiser (Former Employee) –  Conroe, TXMarch 12, 2017
I was a merchandiser for the company, each store that i had i made sure i put out as much product on the sales floor and made sure that i kept my area clean and spotless. It wasn't a hard job, the biggest part is just to make sure that everything is done in a timely manner but also done organized

Time Consuming and Productive
Merchandiser (Current Employee) –  Pasadena, TXMarch 9, 2017
Amazing company that is very flexible and understanding. Management is helpful and trustworthy. Hardest part is relying on people to do their part. Most enjoyable part of the job is clocking out. What I've learned is Manage your time, communication is key, adapt to your store, don't panic under pressure, be very detailed oriented, and always cover your own tracks
Pros
No one is over your shoulder. By yourself.
Cons
sales reps are a little off on orders

always keeps you on your toes. There was never a boring day. Stayed late but there was always work to be done. Rather not be stuck behind a computer.

Merchandiser (Former Employee) –  San Antonio, TXDecember 3, 2012
learning allthe products was fun. Very demanding job, my co workers were great as well as management. the hardest part about this was dealing with driving in the snow and rain then going into cold freezers but they supplied jackets.
