Very fast paced there usually is one caregiver to 19 residents in afternoon and ome nurse that has two halls so isnt able to spend alot of time assisting the caregiver. There was a point in time this place was enjoyable to go to and it was a decent environment until management changed.

Medium to fast pace, depending which department you work in.

The pace of the work was fast. Sometimes they expected the nurses to work all day and all night and all the next day without a break. They were very tired and most of them burned out pretty quickly.
