Silver Point is fairly new to our facility but have been great. We see the management team regularly. They are easy to reach, doing alot of training with our directors. Time will tell but it looks good so far.
Activities Assistant in Corpus Christi, TX

I was accused of writing a bad review some time ago which really had me upset but I never had an issue with silverpoint or the management at the company I worked for under silverpoint. I enjoyed my 6 months under silverpoint but I lasted a year and a half with the management before them. I will say a lot of things could’ve been improved but for a new company they have done really well. I am happy to put them on my resume and proud to say I worked for them. I would recommend this company to somebody looking for work.

Poor employee morale created high employee turnover. This created high volumes of work with not enough manpower to complete tasks within time allotment. Therefore, resulting in a highly stressful environment. Poor Mgt. communication: usually learned what was going on through the grapevine. The salary compensation appears to be decent until you take into account that the company does not provide any monetary contribution towards health benefits. True, they comply with the ACA government mandates to offer insurance plans, but that doesn't say they care about the health and wellbeing of their employees.

They are drama drama drama. They play favorites and fire you for no reason. Don’t waste your time trying to help they will not appreciate it they will act like they care but they dont
