Don't trust the office . Run by salesmen that will say and do anything to get that last dime that is not theirs. On the up side I enjoyed working with the people in the field . Hope you don't like your Hollidays and weekends youvwyou will be on call at their schedule.
Great field people who have learned to work with limited support.
High turnover, in office . People are hired to be fall guys for under bid projects.

I have been with Simmers for a number of years. I have very little to say except positive items. I enjoy the people I work with. I have freedom to make decisions. Management listens to my ideas. I have been supported by the team when times are tough. If I had anything to say that would be negative it would be some of the archaic systems we work with administratively but other than that it is a challenging and rewarding company to be with
I have worked here over 15 years and have had many roles in that time. The best part is the flexibility of a smaller company where you can gravitate to the parts of the job that you enjoy. The company recognizes and rewards effort and most importantly success.

You have to be careful to balance work time and personal time.
