I feel like that it's got a bright future ahead. They're constantly trying to make changes on how they operate as well as their programs for your banking needs. They're growing, considering how they've had at least two or three conversions in the last two years, as far as I know.

Continuing to grow at this pace without reinforcing the computer systems and procedures is a constant problem. Management demands more work with less staff without allowing overtime.

They have too much fat around the middle. The structure is way too heavy with middle mgmt. I think that they have become a beast of a company that does not value their troops on the front lines, and are losing touch with their roots as a local, customer friendly, down home bank.
