Area Director of Marketing & Business Development in Leesburg, VA
on November 19, 2021
Just a number in big machine and don’t care about persons worth only care about profit and stock price. Awful place to work after pandemic cut staff in half and expect more and to do things out of your job responsibilities and work more hours with no increase in compensation
Customer Service Representative in Minnesota

This was the worst job I’ve ever had. Management did not allow us bathroom breaks, lunch breaks, sometimes you would be screamed at for having plain water to drink and if you leaned slightly on the counter to relieve your feet from the 9 hour shift standing in place on concrete you got written up. Management did allow you to call out even with highly contagious illnesses. It was also your responsibility to find coverage with their extreme understaffing.

Decent benefits and PTO. Poor management. People are promoted based on seniority rather than performance. Very frustrating. No bonuses and little support.

Although the work load is stressful. The company has a very organized process and reasonable deadline. Resources can be found and additional trainings and refreshers are always available. It is a good training ground.
Maintenance Worker in NV

I was hired to be an AC technician. They told me I would start as a General Maintenance worker for the first 90 days of probation and then be promoted to Technician and get a raise. Covid happened and they eliminated the position. Have been doing the work of a Lead Chiller tech for almost 3 years now with the pay of a Maintenance worker.I saved the company 400,000$ in service contracts by leading my shift in maintenance repairs on the Chiller equipment. And got no recognition for it at all. No pay raise or anything.
