Great people, for the most part.
The management team is made up of great individuals. However, I felt the people who are hired to start at the company aren't vetted well enough and the call center ends up with a fair amount of bad customer service reps on the phones. Not all were bad, though, some were fantastic - these individuals move up fast.
The desks needed to be upgraded (they - more... were all falling apart, the older ones). Lots of stains on the carpets that weren't cleaned up, lack of management to the more vocal representatives at the end of the day, especially on Fridays.
