They tend to move fast with their plans. They don't test ideas long enough to make informed business decisions. The culture is fun and everyone gets along great.Sales management doesn't fully understand the amount of time needed to expedite certain requests, specifically when it comes to modifications in Salesforce.com. There is a need for automation on the reporting side as they rely too much on manual report processes.
Weekly happy hours, beautiful view of the Hudson River and Statue of Liberty, comfortable dress policy, excellent benefits
Fast paced, tight quarters in office due to rapid growth and hiring, unrealistic expectations

SinglePlatform is great as a first job out of school. There is plenty of room to learn and challenge yourself. Unfortunately, if this is not your first job there is little to offer regarding development. The company does spend a ton to motivate people but would be better off working on making the company a destination rather than a stepping stone. There is tons of untapped opportunity within the organization that simply needs a more stable culture and leadership ideology. Leadership and training are greatly lacking.

Company culture is usually great. Quite a bit of cold calling into restaurants. You get to learn to manage a full sales cycle rather quickly. Culture is definitely a highlight, almost the entire office is full of young and energetic people. A great first job out of college.
