The interview process at Sitel consists of a prescreening, skills and aptitude testing and a face to face onsite interview , drug screen and background check. If you are applying for our work at home roles you will be asked to attend a virtual career fair where you will complete a prescreening as well as skills testing, PC and network diagnosis testing and background check and drug screening.

How do you get a set schedule after training? Do they set one for you or do you pick your own based on what's available?
Depends on the job. Some places give you the hours but for others, you can pick your own schedule. All jobs should have flexibility, as working every single day or for too many hours may conflict with other things in your health triangle.
I'm pretty sure they hire anyone who passes the background and drug tests. They seem to be constantly desperate for people.
What is the rehire policy? Is there a time limit on when a person can be rehired if fired ?
