Inadequate training, management will lie to you and have the coaches lie to you, management lying about bed bug outbreaks and excessive amounts of corrosive cleaning chemicals being used, roach infested, pest control during work hours spraying harsh chemicals, violation of FMLA laws, but above all the inadequate training and the coaches' unwillingness to actually help someone with call control who has never done this kind of work before.

At Norman Sitel there is a shift bid every 6 months, you can select several, what you win is based on your stack rank which is where you rank in comparison with all other agents at the site, based on your handle time, call quality (verifying correctly, following procedure properly, no dead air, confidence), hold time, and after call. This does not apply to the temporary campaigns.

Negative results are usually received within 24 hours; however, a positive screen will require further testing that may take a few days up to one week. If the initial screen is negative, a medical review officer (MRO) will typically contact the employer with the results. Hair sample tests are a 12 panel, while just urine is a 5 panel.

The calls were negative and there was no real way to help anyone other than a transfer or a balance request. They nickel and dime you as far as time goes, too many random people bumming cigarettes and rides and they ask you too many questions about yourself then roam freely discussing you while you're bound to a phone.the mentors nit pick you when they aren't sounding 100 themselves on calls.
