Working from home was a pain in the behind. The equipment constantly broke down and the applications used to work with crashed often. IT blames their failing equipment on your ISP, it's like their generic answer to system issues.

Work at home position is not secrure what so ever. There server didnt work for two weeks and i lost money becuase of that . I dont recommend

The amount of everyday stress and the very poor management and extreme favoritism. Was supposed to receive 50 cent raise at 1 year and only received a quarter.

Treating employees as though they are disposable. Not listening to feedback from agents who are doing the job. Obvious favoritism. Coaches, SME and mentors who are not qualified and don't do their job. High stress environment with overnight changes and forced promotions without extra pay.
