The interview process at Sitel consists of a prescreening, skills and aptitude testing and a face to face onsite interview , drug screen and background check. If you are applying for our work at home roles you will be asked to attend a virtual career fair where you will complete a prescreening as well as skills testing, PC and network diagnosis testing and background check and drug screening.

You get an interview invitation, click on a link provided, get connected to an Adobe conference room, they ask to complete 3 steps. Computer scan, assessment and a questionnaire and u have pass all 3. Then u get a private chat with a recruiter and if u can work they schedule they have during that season then u get a phone interview

All is done on line the day of the interview you are in a chat room they instruct you to make sure you have completed all of your assessment test and you have to fill out a questionnaire then wait for a recruiter to have a private chat with you. They ask you a few questions and then call you on the phone and ask you more questions. Then if you are the right fit you will get training dates and times and your actual job schedule.

All online application process. Went through the assessment and was scheduled an interview. The interview process was in Adobe Connect, which wouldn't install on my computer. After working with Adobe support I connected to the interview room to wait for the scheduled interview. And wait. And wait. Connected to a recruiter who asked if I had been through the online assessment. When I confirmed I had, she asked me to wait for another 10 minutes only to return and state I had failed the assessment and to reapply in four months. Advertised at home support job, the job discussed in the interview lounge was a sales job.

They will ask you to tell something about yourself but they're focusing on your grammar, the way you construct sentences, respond immediately and if you're making sense. Computer skills is another part but not during the interview, it's during online application, they will look on your accuracy not how well you are in computer parts or commands..

My interviewer wanted to me tell her how much money an hour I was willing to work for. I told her I was living in Miami so I didn't expect to make the same salary. She wanted to know the EXACT amount I would be willing to work for right then. When I couldn't come up with a satisfactory answer the interview which was going really well was stopped and I wasn't hired. I asked her how much she was starting employees at and She didn't like that. But I didn't loose any sleep by not getting the job.

It's been so long, but from what I remember they do virtual interviews over the phone. Basic cs questions, how would you handle this situation? Why do you want to work for our company? (If you don't know anything about the company, my go to is to state what attracted me to the company, the ability to work from home, and gain additional CS experience) It's never failed me.
