On paper and from what they tell you in interviews, it seems awesome. Free breakfast, unlimited beer/wine Fridays. If that is what you need to decide this is a great place to work. There you go. Just know there is no room for advancement, management will not even post jobs and just give them to the people they like regardless of qualifications. They - more ... push unrealistic goals on the different teams that results in sales getting fired while on a 30 day review/probation (It is never 30 days, they are usually let go within the first week of the review), the training team launching hotels that are not ... - less
ProsNice people, good benefits
ConsMicro management, favoritism, no room for advancement.
