So from start to finish basically you can walk in and do an application for whatever department you would like to do after you do the initial online application you then will be called or they could talk to you right then and there and then you will do your onboarding paperwork which includes your taxes you're banking information and all your Park related stuff such as your grooming standards and that you will apply to six flags is rules of working at the park The next step is they will give you a training day it's a one-day training depending on the department some are 1 hour if you are a rehire if you are new it's usually 2 hours 5 they're always in desperate need for help and any department The department time currently in buildings and grounds is definitely in the need for people the same thing with rides in the operations department if you do well you probably could be there like me for 8 years The nice thing about it is she gets a free tickets once every 3 months or so so it is not too bad the process is pretty quick and used to be a lot slower but it has picked up and you can get hired within a week at least if they really need you you make it hired on the spot
