The company has really good parts, CEO is really easy to work with, and the CFO is the best I have ever worked with. However you have to be on your toes! You will have to perform and state your goals to be promoted and trained.

The hour pay and commission structure is very competitive in the industry. The company is still on the old method of increased revenue per day which means the representatives are penalized for a customer not upgrading into a more expensive vehicle or adding ancillary coverage. As a result the there is a lot of pressure on the customer to spend more - more...
