I was always busy. Some got away with less than minimum. Once management goes home for the day , feet hit desks and ppl goof off. The hard workers regularly get stuck handling just about all the work, deliveries and cleaning while others hang out, vanish for several hours together with their phones with orders coming in are still at site.

Your expected to know so much as a Med Tech and have a ton of responsibility. The pay is horrible unless your an operations manager. You can stay with Sizewise years and know a lot but still make less than a cashier starting at the bullseye or cart wrangler at Wallys world. They claim your able to work your way up into management, but they bring management in from the outside that have little knowledge of the operation and little desire to learn. It’s just a good paying gig for them with long lunches and hang out while others do the work for them. Best to look elsewhere.

Yes. For Med Tech. Once they pass , it’s blunt smoking in parking lot between deliveries or before work. Or sneaking out to their car to drink during shift.

You show up in the morning with six other guys to load your trucks with the equipment for the day but there’s not enough equipment so everyone scrambles to get what they need in the trucks first techs are still cleaning equipment so you can’t get out and do your deliveries for the day but they’re late and slow so Now your late... everything is backed up days are always 10 to 14 hours everyone is just mad at everyone drivers are mad techs because they don’t get equipment clean in time, nurses are mad drivers because we’re not fast enough, drivers are just mad at everyone because is a horrible job
