Good Atmosphere / Low pay / Unrealistic expectations
Processor (Current Employee) –  Kennesaw, GAJuly 2, 2018
This is a good entry-level job for interns or for those entering into the criminal justice or administrative / data processor career path. Pay is low for the stress / deadlines you deal with. Caps out at $13/hr. VERY unrealistic expectations from managers. No room for errors at all. Be prepared to explain your daily productivity with your supervisor even if you meet your goals. They pick management based on system knowledge, not by leadership qualities. Some managers are outstanding and some are unprofessional and rude. The work load is rough and keeps growing. While people are hired, they add more clients (or customers) to serve, so the work load never lessens. This creates mandatory Overtime. 50+ hrs/week. They're usually flexible with schedules and you can work from home if authorized. Be prepared to work on a computer between 8-10 hours a day. You get an hr lunch and two 15 min breaks. The CEO and his wife are very friendly and genuine. They try to keep the environment light.
Pros
Some managers are great / Majority of people are friendly
Cons
Low pay / unrealistic expectations / stressful

Very high school like environment. Some processes all over the place.
Lack of accountability among some of their employees. Company seems to be frenzied at times and it heightens the stress levels through the roof.
Pros
Owner and his wife are very nice
Cons
High school environment/ no accountability

Currently still working there and I love it. Hours are flexible and the work is easy to pick up. Management helps more than they easily could and the supervisors are fantastic.

Great Environment and Management
Processing Specialist (Current Employee) –  Kennesaw, GANovember 17, 2017
The work pace is generally quick. There is a never ending list of orders to be filled or processed. The company is broken up into batch tasking. For this reason, the department you work in acts very much like a team or a family. Everyone works together to be productive and answer each other's questions. The managers are extremely professional, attentive, and accommodating. The hardest part of the job has to be keeping up with the system updates. The procedures are always being modified (which should improve the quality but slows the process when everyone has to keep asking questions about how something is done). The most enjoyable part of the job actually has very little to do with the job and very much to do with the people. The employees and the management are generally upbeat and make the work day go by quickly. Everyone has their favorite character figurines on their desks.
Pros
Free snacks and coffee, long breaks, great management
Cons
poor advancement opportunities

Great Company with a Great Office Culture
Automation Analyst (Former Employee) –  Kennesaw, GAJune 14, 2017
The company values its employees and their work experience. Managers genuinely care about their employees. HR does a good job at creating company-wide events that are fun and creative. Sometimes issues can come up from a lack of communication since each department works separately, however these issues are usually resolved quickly.
Pros
Office Culture, two 15-minute breaks in a day, hour lunch
Cons
The pay is not terrific, but is good enough for a college student

Productive work environment with dedicated employees
Processing Specialist (Former Employee) –  Kennesaw, GA 30144March 4, 2017
the work can be rather tedious depending on what department you are in, but the atmosphere and co-workers are the best you could ask for in a job. They will teach you how to process criminal data for people who are applying to find jobs and they are willing to go at your own pace and not rush you. The hardest part of the job is getting through the monotonous nature of processing but the co-workers and management team are understanding and enjoyable to be around.
Pros
great working atmosphere, good pay for entry-level job
Cons
short breaks, overtime
