Good Atmosphere / Low pay / Unrealistic expectations
Processor (Current Employee) – Kennesaw, GA – July 2, 2018
This is a good entry-level job for interns or for those entering into the criminal justice or administrative / data processor career path. Pay is low for the stress / deadlines you deal with. Caps out at $13/hr. VERY unrealistic expectations from managers. No room for errors at all. Be prepared to explain your daily productivity with your supervisor even if you meet your goals. They pick management based on system knowledge, not by leadership qualities. Some managers are outstanding and some are unprofessional and rude. The work load is rough and keeps growing. While people are hired, they add more clients (or customers) to serve, so the work load never lessens. This creates mandatory Overtime. 50+ hrs/week. They're usually flexible with schedules and you can work from home if authorized. Be prepared to work on a computer between 8-10 hours a day. You get an hr lunch and two 15 min breaks. The CEO and his wife are very friendly and genuine. They try to keep the environment light.
Some managers are great / Majority of people are friendly
