Leadership sucks. People who's worked there 5 plus years are lazy. Alot of favoritism and no recognitions for those who works harder then most people. No teamwork. It's like high school drama most days he said she said type thing. You get sick and you're still expected to be at work even if it kills you. Basically your health is not a priority of theirs but making their numbers is. Management tells you one thing that their going to stop doing but then turns around and do it again anyways. Employees are not all trained to perform every job on the production line and when told to do a job by a lead refuses to do so. Makes it harder for those who are trained to do the job because its harder on their backs, arms and shoulders to be in the same position all shift. SK needs improvement in all areas
