Eh not that great

Pay low. No consistency. Actively told to lie to customers to sell shoes. Constantly changing marketing which is some of the worst I’ve seen. No feedback taken seriously from store.

I love this company and my manger!

I had the best manager at the Tanger outlets location. She was very accommodating with my schedule, understanding, and made us feel included and part of the team. Skechers itself is very nice for retail. They pay their employees well for retail, you get a great discount and a pay raise yearly and new shoes! Definitely recommend working at Skechers.

Sending shoe boxes and shipments back and forth

Easy job, but can get stressful. Pretty self explanatory, however, there can be poor communication at times and poor management. Good for a part time job but would not recommend long term.

I was asked to give up a lot of days off because people were quitting or had to go to school and they had no one else to call.
