The people we support are wonderful. Management will work with you if you communicate. As a team leader, I work with all th Dsp's and have a great team of workers. Join our team, worth it in the long run!

I love that job
Home care community service assistance (Former Employee) - Clearfield, PA - October 6, 2013
I enjoyed working with the handicapped adults taking them out to eat, movie, bowling, just for them to get out of the house was like their Christmas. I learned that we are all different in many ways. I also enjoyed my co-workers they were like a 2nd family to me.

Not enough hours of work for me.
