This company has a high turnover rate due to the lack of management. Even the management changes frequently! Do not expect to have your complaints/concerns addressed working here.

SkillStorm superiors are very caring about their employees. They provide free meals and gift cards and do parties to get together. It is a good mental health environment and very flexible.

I love working with SkillStorm. They offer great work/life balance, and the leadership is awesome. They work with you to make sure that you are able to operate at the best of your ability. I've learned a bunch of new skills, and I enjoy going to work every day.

I will start my review by saying this: On Saturdays, I cannot wait for the next work week. This company is built upon the core values of tenacity, work and play, passion, customers, our fellow Stormers, and winning! The management family consistently inspires and encourages us to chase new heights of knowledge, and to impart that onto others. The pay is second to none, as are the benefits. Is has truly become a dream job/career.

Training was great but soon as I got with the client they threw me under the bus and to the wolves and they do not care. Plus you're not getting paid what you deserve so I will look elsewhere
