Since 1976, we have established ourselves as a key player in the travel industry who has gone above and beyond to help our agents and travel partners for 45 years. Our ISO 9001 certification demonstrates our continued recognition for outstanding service to our staff, partners, and clients. Sky Bird has also been the recipient of multiple Travvy Awards, further clarifying our position as one of the best airline consolidators in the travel industry.

Over the years we’ve expanded our services with the continuously developing travel industry to serve agents in every aspect of travel planning; including itinerary assistance, access to our Groups Department, securing travel insurance, and our innovative WINGS Booking Engine. Our most recent development has been the introduction of our Africa Desk, which connects our clients with a team of experts on African travel.

We didn't sign up for it

I don't understand where the management gets their expectations from. First of all, they're expecting us to give something that isn't even our job to do. Second, they're not even paying us extra for the extra work. And lastly, we didn't even sign up for it and it's already more than we could handle.

Nepotism wins

The environment can be toxic. There is too much favoritism among senior management. They overwork and underpay and no increase in pay as living costs increase. There are so many good agencies out there I would literally only recommend this company to fresh grads willing to take a beating for a year to get some experience.

Terrible Company to Work for

Don’t be fooled by the descriptions. This is a dead end job that demands skilled work for low pay, laughable "benefits," and no opportunity for advancement.Marketing is clearly the most undervalued department and is severely micro-managed/disrespected by the CEO and CFO, who have their own levels of entitlement.
