Hire a training coordinator and translators so that each employee can be trained in their first language from the same processes that are confirmed best practices for each LSG location. This would minimize confusion and make sure that each employee is held accountable to those documented processes.. Also segregate the airlines better and stage locations closest to doc for those flights that leave in the 1, 2 and 3 slot priority. Establish direct pathways for food carts to be delivered to the doc entrance once flight food requests are completed.
I would pay the employees more including paid holidays after 30 days not one year.

Higher standards for the supervisors. Properly train the works , when I was there training was in a class setting and we did not talk about what our job was. It was on ethics. Supervisor tell you they can't train you, will send you home if you do not understand. Allow family to supervisor and have favorites
Hire employees that speaks and understands plain ENGLISH, especially if they’re going to train new hires🤬🤷♀️Also pay is really low for the amount of hours employees are putting in, increasing it would have new hires actually stay and love to work!! Pay is too low to even do overtime from 5am to 5pm? I mean it’s a waste of time so I would definitely increase the pay for all employees not no minimum wage🤨
Hire new management and supervisors that present themselves in a professional manner. Better wages and ensure employees are being paid for ALL hours worked.
