Is seems to me the managerial team there is the problem,I hate to say this but im more the owner is well aware of the situation,if he wanted.it fixed it.would be.point blank

Remove current upper management. Call back past employees that left the company and offer their jobs back. Set a priority with in the company of what we want to do custom work, anchors, stock products, hoists?

Re- evaluate the companies ethics, from the CEO and owners to operations managers and managers, Human Resources, Payroll, and Leads. Techs are your bread and butter, so stop treating them like dirt.

Make every person above the LEADS (even corporate suits) spend a full month doing what the travel techs do, getting paid the way the techs are paid, being out in the weather, having trouble with parts, getting sent to different sites last minute, not having their own vehicle to go to the store, dealing with a manager who doesn't care about you and won't answer their phones, etc.
