With how little available employees there were when I was working there, even when you would request off 2 weeks in advance, it always seemed you were going to get booked for a 8 hour Friday or Saturday shift, or both. If you like working a ton, this is your place. If you like managing kids and adults your age or higher, this is also your job. You control the floor with this job on a court with fairly strict rules. You have to be standing straight up at all times, no phones or any of that, you just stand there and yell at kids, occasionally making conversation with one of the guests of the facility, but even those don't last too long before you are blasted by one of the managers for not working. Lots of times the place is completely or close to being empty. This means you are going to be doing constant cleaning jobs under the courts or in the bathrooms, or will be forced to stand straight up and stare at a wall for hours on end, but hey, at least you are rotating which court you stand at every 30 minutes to an hour. Oh and you are not allowed to ever jump on the trampolines on the clock or throw dodgeballs, so don't think that's what the job is going to be, in fact, over a years time, I got to jump twice off the clock, because they take away any free time you have by working you. Do not recommend.
Hours stack up, very boring, lots of standing around
