Server at a restaurant in a busy airport. always busy. lots of money to be made, can be a grind. good management, and coworkers. Takes a while to get hired due to background check

fairly decent and reliable job. reliable income, good employees, but often understaffed. you're required to fill positions that aren't available for the day (e.g., a host could be required to bus). This happens often. management is a hit or miss.
