Transaction Coordinator in Remote

I've been here for a few years now and have experienced the good and the bad that comes with the growth of a company. As a transaction coordinator, they expect you to manage a lot of files, even more than a typical transaction coordinator but you have the support of a team to fall back on. They train you and assign you agents so you don't have to cold call or find your own book of business.

Been working here for over 5 years. I have seen the ups and downs and have seen us really grow into the company we are today. We are not perfect but we do care and are willing to work through things to get to a better tomorrow. COVID has changed us when it comes to onsite/remote work, but the same is for everywhere else. We are learning to adapt and hold on to our culture and core values. You will have a lot of autonomy and ownership and a responsibility to grow and learn here. So if you want to hustle, grow and make an impact this is the place to be.

You really feel like SkyTC is going somewhere. The company as a whole has a start-up feel, you really get to know everyone in the company just by being there over time and working with different departments. Within the SkyTC department there are still hiccups that go along with start-ups: processes that need updating or things that dont have a process at all, slow to change when there is an internal issue, etc. But there are also the great things about start-ups: you have a direct impact on how things run and how processes are evolved; you directly contribute to the goals; opportunity for quick advancement; etc. Plus it is really a culture of people wanting people to succeed - a true team effort!!
Leadership Team Member in Sacramento, CA

The environment here at SkySlope is one that cultivates opportunity and growth. You are surrounded by like-minded hustlers and motivated by these creative professionals everyday! Leadership does a great job at educating every department of their goals and how they directly contribute to the achievement of the company's vision. I was promoted twice after being at SkySlope just over a year. Both roles having been created for the purpose of encouraging continued professional growth and upward mobility within my department. Working here means having the opportunity to create your own path to success and really being a part of the change. Love it!
Transaction Coordinator in Sacramento, CA

Great culture and location! High turnover and poor management. The pay is not competitive and there’s little to no room for advancement here. You’re a TC or you switch departments, that’s the only options. Leads don’t get paid much more and those spots are all full.
